
‘Dom,’ a Brazilian crime drama series, will premiere in India on June 4th
From June 4, the Brazilian crime drama series “Dom” will be available to stream in India. The series is based on the true story of a father and son on opposing sides of the Rio de Janeiro drug war, and it will be available in Portuguese, English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu for Indian audiences. “Dom,” which has an eight-episode length of roughly one hour and is directed by Brazilian filmmaker Breno Silveira, will premiere in India and 240 other countries.
The series stars Flavio Tolezani as Victor, a teenage diver who, by chance, becomes a military intelligence operative in Brazil’s drug war. Years later, a dissatisfied Victor sees his son Pedro (Gabriel Leone) develop into an addict and one of Rio de Janeiro’s most feared gangsters.
In addition to Filipe Bragança, Raquel Villar, Isabella Santoni, Ramon Francisco, Digao Ribeiro, Fabio Lago, Julia Konrad, and Andre Mattos, the series stars Filipe Bragança, Raquel Villar, Isabella Santoni, Ramon Francisco, Digao Ribeiro, Fabio Lago, Julia Konrad, and Andre Mattos. Vicente Kubrusly and Breno Silveira direct “Dom,” which also has Fabio Mendes, Higia Ikeda, Carolina Neves, and Marcelo Vindicatto on the writing team. The original music was composed by Antonio Pinto.
