The Vlog Squad leader David Dobrik, to say the least, had a nightmare-ish past few days!
David Dobrik was stranded in his native land Slovakia after failing to get the paperwork completed that would let him return to America.
David Immigrated To US At 6 Years Of Age
To give you the complete context, the YouTube sensation David Dobrik immigrated to the States when he was six years of age. He was protected under the DACA â Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival, meaning he could live in the USA but in case he leaves the country, he wouldnât be allowed to return for the next 10 years.
To make sure that he could return to the States if he leaves the country, David Dobrik needed a Green Card.
In a September 7 video, the YouTuber announced that he has finally gotten a US Green Card and could freely travel outside and return to the country now.

However, things did not work out as planned when David Dobrikâs trip to Slovakia with his friends turned out to bring alive his worst nightmare: âIncomplete Paperworksâ
David Dobrik, on September 21 revealed that he eas having troubles to secure the paperwork and was not being allowed to get into the United States. He also said that no new Vlog would be published on his channel until a solution is reached regarding his return to the US.
âEveryone went back home, because this is taking way longer, and it is a lot harder than I thought it was, getting my visa and green card.â
Fans and followers of Dobrik were naturally concerned for their favorite YouTuber with thousand of well wishes flocking in the comments section.

But now, the YouTuber has finally made it back home! He is back in America and announced his return via an Instagram post in which he is seen in front of the Washington monument.
âTHEY LET ME BACK INTO AMERICA!!â Dobrik said of the situation. âAll I had to do was exchange 12 Teslas and Jasonâs firstborn for my green card!!â
With David Dobrik back in the country, his fans and family members have taken a sigh of relief.
