Chrissy Teigen Apologizes For Making Joke After Megan Thee Stallion
Chrissy Teigen has apologized for making a joke about Megan Thee Stallion.
Her response was for a tweet by TV and magazine writer Nell Scovell’s play on words. She said she has a great Charles Manson joke. The model responded to her own tweet with a one-liner which received backlash. She referred to the rapper saying, ‘I have a megan thee stallion joke but it needs to be twerked on.’

In another post on Friday Chrissy clarified before anyone posts, she loves Megan. She said everybody is annoying and she is deleting it. The model further suggests that they unfollow her.
Fans were quick to call after anybody who put up insensitive tweets about Megan. This comes after the rapper was shot earlier this month. It also included rapper Tory Lanez, although he was arrested.
A day after the backlash, Chrissy took to Twitter to make a public apology. ‘I used the play on words joke with a celeb and something their known for with meg and twerking and I should have known that it is just not the right time especially for something so dumb and sh***y and pointless as the joke was,’ Teigen wrote on Saturday.

She continues saying that reminding anybody of a terrible time or letting anybody down is horrible. Chrissy apologizes and says it was not about the incident. The model said, ‘You’ll say someone else wrote this or that I don’t mean it and that’s always the punishment for having said it in the first place so I’ll take it.’
Megan was shot by her alleged boyfriend, Tory, after attending a pool party. The party was held at Kylie Jenner’s mansion on July 12. The couple was pulled over by the officers at 4.30 am. This led to the arrest of Tory Lanez on a gun charge.

Megan took to Twitter to explain the incident. She said she suffered gunshot wounds as a result of a crime committed against her. However, she did not specify who shot her. She added she was ‘never arrested’ and was taken to the hospital where she ‘underwent surgery to remove the bullets.’
