BTS, Megan Thee Stallion To Perform Butter Remix In 2021 AMAs, Fans Say “Already Won”

The American Music Awards, or AMAs, in 2021 are approaching. As a result, additional information about the nominations; the host, and the performance programme is becoming available.

Fans are ecstatic that BTS, a global K-pop sensation, has received not one, but three AMA nominations. Since 2018, they’ve been nominated every year and have won in every category. ARMY is unsure if their good fortune would continue this year. However, we will also be treated to a live performance by BTS and Megan Thee Stallion.

BTS was nominated for Artist Of The Year, Favorite Pop Duo/Group, and Favorite Pop Song at the 2021 American Music Awards in October. Their latest English single, ‘Butter,’ was also nominated for Favorite Pop Song. BTS has won Favorite Duo/Group – Pop/Rock in both 2019 and 2020, however, this is the first time they have been nominated for a major award such as Artist Of The Year or Favorite Pop Song.

The 2021 American Music Awards also unveiled their host, Cardi B, as well as their performance roster; which includes Bad Bunny, Olivia Rodrigo, Megan Thee Stallion, and BTS. BTS and Megan Thee Stallion, on the other hand, are playing their remix of Butter as a thank you for getting the song nominated.

Despite the fact that 3J (J-hope, Jimin, and Jungkook) produced choreography for the Butter remix; Megan and the boy group has yet to perform the song together. BTS will be in the United States for the American Music Awards, followed by a four-day offline concert at the So-Fi stadium in Los Angeles.

‘Hot Girl Coach and BTS’ have been trending among ecstatic fans. One fan tweeted, “THIS IS NOT A DRILL BTS AND MEGAN WILL PERFORM BUTTER REMIX FOR AMAs LIVE AT LA!!” Another added, “BTS and Megan already won the night with the announcement! This performance is gonna be ICONIC!” One fan commented, “Bts and megan finna eat the AMA’s up another win for army hotties !!”
