The season 13 of Bigg Boss turned out to be one of the most popular ones in recent times. While Sidharth Shukla might have won the show but runner up Asim Riaz wooed everyone throughout the season. The latter not only got immense popularity but has also got many opportunities from the tinsel town. With getting a lot of recognition on social media, Riaz also got featured in a music video titled Mere Angne Mein opposite Jacqueline Fernandez. The latest rumour mills suggest that Asim has gone one step further as he will be seen in Salman Khan’s upcoming film Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali.
According to a report in a leading daily, Salman Khan is keen on casting Asim Riaz in his film. The film is said to be a story revolving around four brothers which has got a Hindu-Muslim angle to it. The latest reports suggest that Asim has been approached to play one of Salman’s three brothers in the film. However, nothing is official yet but if this turns out to be true, it will give Asim more popularity considering his strong fanbase among the youth. Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali is said to be the remake of Tamil film Veeram which had Ajith in the key role.
The Sultan star will be seen romancing Pooja Hegde in the film, and this will be their first film together. Directed by Farhad Samji, the film will be banked by Sajid Nadiadwala and will be releasing on Eid 2021. Salman Khan had earlier took to his Twitter to make the announcement of the film.
