Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Son Joseph Baena Shares Workout Selfie With Dad
Joseph Baena just recently took to Instagram to share a new selfie with his father Arnold Schwarzenegger at the gym and revealed that the actor had suggested his son todo ‘forced reps’ during the workout.
Joseph Baena, 23, is learning about advanced training! Arnold Schwarzenegger’s son, 73, spent some time in the gym with his father on May 21 and stopped to take selfies and shared notes about the helpful advice he had been receiving from his dad. In a similar photo, the two stand in front of a gym machine wearing dark T-shirts and face masks

Arnold is also wearing sunglasses and although their lips are invisible, in the look of Joseph’s eyes, they seem to be smiling.
“This selfie was taken moments before my dad suggested I do ‘forced reps’ for the rest of the workout,” Joseph wrote in the caption for the pic. “You have to go all out and absolutely NO cheating when you train with him, so you know I’m going to be hurting tomorrow. Overloading on the rows, bench press, pull downs, etc… thankfully my studly training partner helped me get every last rep.”
This isn’t the first time we’ve seen photos of Arnold and Joseph together.
Joseph’s Training
As Joseph trains to become a bodybuilder just like the Terminator actor, he often spends time with his father during workouts, but also spends time with him at special events as well, such as his college graduation. Being a proud father, Arnold shared a photo of themselves posing to the camera while Joseph was in his hat and his outfit in 2019 and shared a wonderful congratulatory message.
When he does not spend time with his father, Joseph, who is Arnold’s wife Mildred Baen’s son, he spends time with friends or other family members such as his younger brother Patrick Schwarzenegger, 27. They were spotted on a strange outing in Santa Monica at the end of the month and appeared comfortable
