Arlo Parks Leads The Winners At AIM Awards 2021

Arlo Parks was one of the notable winners at last night’s AIM Awards 2021. The award ceremony this year was live-streamed online on August 25th from London. It usually celebrates and honours independent music.

Arlo won the awards for UK Independent Breakthrough and Best Independent Album for Collapsed in Sunbeams. ENNY, on the other hand, won Best Independent Track and One to Watch. Parks had thanked her fans and her team as she expressed her gratitude for growing every day as an independent artist.

The singer added that this time has been difficult, chaotic and confusing. She said, “I’m grateful to be growing every day as an independent artist and this period has been so difficult, so chaotic and so confusing, so to be able to bring people light in this time of need has been really special.”
