Another Witness Claims Heard was Violent with Depp

Court heard that Elon Musk used to pay regular late-night visits to Amber Heard. But he used to visit when Johnny Depp was away, the star’s concierge told the High Court.

Alejandro Romero worked at Depp’s Los Angeles apartment. He revealed that Elon used to visit Amber a few times over a week. Elon used to visit her between 11 pm and midnight. Romero said that he always used to visit when Depp was not at home.

Depp had accused Amber of having an extramarital affair with Elon before they got divorced in 2016. He is suing The Sun’s publisher News Group Newspaper(NGN) and it’s executive editor. They posted an article calling Depp a ‘wife-beater’.

Romero also revealed that Heard gave Elon a remote control for the building’s garage and a fob to enter Depp’s penthouse. He said: ‘From March 2015 onwards, Ms. Heard was visited regularly late at night, at around 11:00 pm to midnight, by Mr. Elon Musk. For his initial visits, I would receive a call from Ms. Heard who would tell me to give Mr. Musk access to the garage for the building and then send him up to the penthouse. After he had made a few visits, Ms. Heard provided Mr. Musk with his own garage remote and a fob to Mr. Depp’s penthouse. I believe he visited Ms. Heard a few times a week and he would always visit when Mr. Depp was not at home’.

Romero revealed that he did not see any marks, bruises, or any injuries on Heard’s face. This comes after an alleged incident of violence by Depp in 2016.

Romero Did Not Find Any Injuries on Heard

Artist Isaac Baruch revealed that Depp confided in him that Heard likes to argue and she liked to hit him. He described the pictures of Heard’s injured face as ‘phony-baloney’. Depp is almost convinced that Amber had an affair with Elon.

Sasha Wass QC, the barrister for The Sun, suggested that Romero has the dates all mixed up. Romero responded saying he remembers it because that is when Depp injured his hand in March 2015.

Depp’s barrister, David Sherborne questioned Romero asking why does he remember about the injury in his hand so clearly. He said that one of his friends was a big fan and was concerned that Depp would not be able to play guitar. Romero said that is why he has a clear memory of it and that he saw Elon that day.

The severing of Depp’s finger happened during a row between them. Depp says it was broken because Heard threw a vodka bottle on his hand. While Heard says it broke because Depp broke a phone with his hand. However, evidence shows that no phones were broken.

Romero explained in detail his interaction with Heard on 25 May when she approached him. He said he did not notice any bruises or injuries on her face. Depp had allegedly attacked Amber on May 21. Heard spat on Depp and punched him in the eye during an argument.

Travis McGivern alleged that Heard threw a can of Red Bull on Depp. He has worked with Depp for seven years. Depp is accused of pulling out Heard’s hair while repeatedly hitting her in an argument in Los Angeles. The alleged attack is said to happen at the Eastern Columbia Building on March 23, 2015. Depp denies these allegations.

McGivern Witnessed Heard Hitting Depp

In a written witness statement, McGivern said he was working on the residence on the said date. He was asked by Depp to bring a nurse called Debbie Lloyd. McGivern said that on his arrival Heard and Depp were arguing verbally and her sister, Whitney Henriquez, was also present.

He said that he initially stood outside and entered only when the argument got louder. McGivern witnessed Heard throwing a can of Red Bull on Depp which hit his back. He continued saying he witnessed Heard had a lot of things around her with which she could attack Depp so he stood beside Depp. McGivern wanted to ensure nothing else hit Depp.

He further said that he witnessed Heard spitting on Depp from above. Heard also tried to throw her purse at him but McGivern deflected it mid-air. Approximately 10 minutes before they left, he witnessed Heard punch Depp in the eye with a closed fist.

McGivern said Heard and her sister left the apartment and the nurse persuaded Depp to leave. The guard claimed it was alleged that Depp hit Heard but it was completely false.

Coming back to Isaac Baruch, he also insisted that there was not a single mark on Heard. He had been living in one of Depp’s penthouses and he lived in one next to Heard. Heard had two penthouses, one in which she lived in and the other as her closet. Baruch revealed via a video link that Depp had given him $100,000 over four years. He described it as ‘patronship’ and added that everyone lived there for free and Depp paid for everything.

Baruch revealed that Heard has filed a false domestic violence case to extort and blackmail for a divorce. He said Heard had told him that Depp hit her but he saw nothing on her face or head. Baruch said in all the years that he has known Depp, he has never committed an act of violence.
