Amber Heard Denies Having an Affair with Elon Musk

Amber Heard denied on having an affair with Elon Musk, James Franco or anybody else. However, the billionaire texted her 24/7 and offered security. He said he really likes her, the High Court heard yesterday.

Eleanor Laws QC, Depp’s lawyer, alleged during Depp’s libel trial that Heard had ‘illicit’ relationships. This comes after Heard told the court that Depp was ‘illogically jealous’. It was claimed recently that Depp had made up childish names for stars who he alleged had an affair with Heard. It involved Depp calling Leonardo ‘Pumpkin-head’ DiCaprio and Channing ‘potato-head’ Tatum.

Heard claims Depp suspected his wife of sleeping with Eddie Redmayne, James Franco, Kevin Costner, Liam Hemsworth, Billy-Bob Thornton, Jim ‘Turd’ Sturgess, and actress Kelli Garner.

Depp’s evidence claimed that Elon used to visit Heard late at night regularly in his California penthouse. He only visited when Depp was away. He even had a key fob for the garage. Alejandro Romero said he would usually arrive between 11pm and midnight.

Heard told the court that Elon and her just became friends and all jealously can be deemed as illogical. Laws questioned Heard by reading out a text from the billionaire to her. Elon said he would offer 24/7 security to her and that the offer will still stand if she never wants to see him again. He further said, “anyway, sorry for being an idiot. The radio silence hurts a lot. It only matters because I really like you.”

When asked if Heard was in a relationship with anybody else when she was married to Johnny, Heard said she was not in a relationship with Elon when they were together. Laws mentioned Romero’s testimony and questioned Heard.

Heard Denies All Allegations

She said he was wrong and that she wasn’t even communicating with Elon until 2016. The court was shown CCTV footage of the day after her fight with Depp. He is alleged to have smashed up their penthouse and thrown a phone at her, leaving her with bruising to her face.

Heard can be seen in the footage turning her head away from the camera while entering the lift with a man. She said it was James Franco, with whom Depp suspected she had an affair with. The actress futher said he came to visit after 11 pm and she had a bruise on her face allegedly inherited by Depp.

Laws asked her about deliberately trying to hide her face from the camera. Heard said she was talking to him and he (Franco) was saying to her ‘Oh my God what happened to you?’ Heard further alleged that Depp trashed a caravan, threw glasses at Amber Heard. She added that he ripped the front of her dress searching for narcotics after threatening to break her friend’s wrist for touching her on a cocaine-fuelled bender.

Heard blamed the fight on Depp because of taking too much cocaine. She alleged that ‘the amount of cocaine he had taken affected his ability to make rational sense and he went into a manic state’.

Heard alleged she was afraid that Depp was going to kill her. She claimed he threatened her many times. The actress also said he is very good at manipulating people. She alleged that Depp would blame his actions on a ‘self-created third party’ he called the ‘monster’.

Heard began her three days of giving evidence at the Royal Courts of Justice. In a written statement, she accused Depp of physical and verbal abuse towards her. She alleged: ‘Some incidents were so severe that I was afraid he was going to kill me; either intentionally or just by losing control and going too far.’

Her statement also states that Depp has unique ability to use his charisma to convey whatever he desires to. She also said she has never been with anyone like Depp and admitted that the relationship was the best initially.

She went on to say: ‘When Johnny puts his attention on you, with all his intensity and darkness, it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. When I say he was dark, he had a violent and dark way of speaking; the way he talked about our relationship being ‘dead or alive’ and telling me that death was the only way out of the relationship.’

Heard claimed that Depp ‘demanded to know about any romantic scene. She claims he complained about how people can watch me ‘get ****ed on camera’.

Some of her testimony was so extreme it had to be supplied in confidential schedules. She was detailing allegations of sexual violence which were not made public. Heard also addressed about her alleged fight after which she appeared on the James Corden show. She explained she was wearing large amounts of makeup which was specifically to cover up the marks Depp left.

Heard also said throughout their relationship people would ask her and she would deny it. She claims, “People asked me, ‘Is he hitting you?’ I would deflect it…to protect myself from the humiliation that I felt about anyone knowing that I would allow this to happen to me. I became an expert in covering up the bruises and injuries.”

Heard also released new pictures of bruises on her face alleging Depp was the reason behind it. Depp has denied ever hitting a woman. Heard also denied all claims of ever being violent with the actor. She said that Depp somehow paints a picture that she is the instigator and the abusive partner. The actress said he would often refer to even perceived criticism as ‘blows’, ‘jabs’, or ‘right hooks’.
