Alia Bhatt has kicked off the shooting for Darlings, her first production movie. The actress shared a series of monochrome photos to mark this special day of her career.
Actress Alia Bhatt on Saturday began shooting for her first production venture titled Darlings, adding that she will remain an ‘actress first and forever’.

Taking on Instagram, Alia shared a series of her monochrome photos revealing that she remains nervous on the first day of the shoot. Ali Bhatt also expressed how she felt about the ‘night before the start of the new film’.
In these photos, Alia Bhatt is seen in her makeup van as she sits in a chair in front of a mirror with a note in her hand. She is seen wearing a white full sleeves shirt and her hair tied in a high ponytail. Alia gave different expressions in the candid pictures.

Alia posted the black and white pictures with the caption , “Day one of DARLINGS! my first film as a producer but I will always be an actor first & forever (in this case a very nervous actor) I don’t know what it is .. a night before I start a new film I get this nervous tingling energy all over my body.. i dream all night about messing up my lines..become jumpy.. reach set 15 mins before time fearing I’ll be late!”
The actress further went on to say, “I think this feeling will never go away .. and it should not – because fear .. and feeling insecure means you really care. PS – wish me good luck pls (I will need it all to match my colleagues @itsvijayvarma @shefalishahofficial @ roshan. m Matthew). “

Red Chillies Entertainment actor Shah Rukh Khan is also producing the work. The film also stars the characters Shefali Shah, Vijay Varma and Roshan Mathew and is based in Mumbai.
Directed by author Jasmeet K Reen, this black comedy follows the lives of two women as they find courage and love in tough situations of life.
