Alia Bhatt and Mahesh Bhatt Ready for Sadak 2

Alia Bhatt is genuinely thrilled about the opportunity to work with her father and sister Pooja. Director Mahesh Bhatt is working on a sequel of his previous hit Sadak released in 1991.

The shooting for Sadak 2 is already underway in different destinations. The movie according to reports is going to be out in early July.

However, The director is still adamant on working with the lead pair in the first edition. Yes! Sanjay Dutt and Pooja Bhatt are reuniting again after almost 19 years.

Apart from this, Sanjay Dutt is presently working on more than one project including Sadak 2 and Shamshera which are releasing this year. Interestingly, Sanjay has his hands with films like Hera Pheri 3, Bhuj: The Pride of India and KGF: Chapter 2.

Besides, The duo re-uniting, the fans will get to see Alia Bhatt and Aditya Roy Kapur pairing again after Kalank.

Aditya Roy Kapur could not contain his excitement and described the opportunity of working with the filmmaker as once in a lifetime opportunity. He said, ” Alia told me her dad wants to meet me for work, I agreed immediately. Bhatt Sahab took me through the film, I said yes then and there, not left a chance like that to pass me by. It is once in a lifetime opportunity. I consider myself very fortunate to have worked with him.”

The surprise addition to the star cast is Gulshan Grover. During an interview, the bad boy of Bollywood gave some sneaky details about his role in the movie. Describing his character as interesting, scary and dangerous.

However, Alia is presently the exact recipe for a box-office hit. The Udta Punjab actress at present is working on 5 projects which include many anticipated movies like Brahmastra with Ranbir Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan, followed by Gangubai Kathiawadi releasing this year.
