After his death, Kartik Aaryan remembers his nanu, I am hoping I get your swag

Following his grandfather’s passing, actor Kartik Aaryan paid an emotional farewell to him. He shared a childhood photo on Instagram on Sunday, in which his ‘nanu’ is seen carrying a little Kartik in his arms.

“I’m hoping to get some of your gear someday. Naanu, rest in peace “‘He captioned his post,’ he said. Kartik’s Bollywood buddies all expressed their condolences on the post. Bhumi Pednekar, his Pati Patni Aur Woh co-star, left a folded hands emoji on his post. RIP, wrote Huma Qureshi.

Kartik was last seen with Sara Ali Khan in Imtiaz Ali’s Love Aaj Kal. He’s working on a number of projects, including Dhamaka and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. He also has a project that was previously titled Satyanarayan Ki Katha, but the producers just declared that it will be renamed to prevent offending community feelings.

Ananya Panday’s grandmother passed away on Saturday. She also used Instagram to share old photos of herself and her ‘dadi,’ writing, “Rest in power, my angel.” Doctors thought she wouldn’t live more than a few years due of a damaged heart valve when she was born, but my Dadi lived and lived well.
