After Blackpink Lisa, Pentagon Kino Tests Positive, Fans Say ‘Rest Well’

It appears that the K-pop industry is once again experiencing a Covid-19 outbreak. Because of the continual activity among K-pop musicians; many of our favourite idols tested positive for the virus in the middle of 2021. Covid-19 was given to members of BTOB, Ateez, Dreamcatcher, Astro, SF9, and Enhypen.

Seoul has imposed a lockdown, which has resulted in the cancellation of outdoor performances and events. As the situation improved, scheduled performances were resumed. Pentagon’s Kino, on the other hand, is the most recent idol to test positive for Covid-19.

On November 24, it was revealed that Lisa from Blackpink had tested positive for Covid-19. The other members of Blackpink had all tested negative; but would get tested again from time to time. It was also announced one hour before Pentagon Kino’s revelation that Girls’ Generation’s Yuri had gotten into problems. She had to suspend her activities and press briefings for the day since she had come into intimate contact with a positive patient.

She’d had her blood drawn and was now waiting for the results. Cube Entertainment, on the other hand, issued a statement addressing the Pentagon member on November 25. They explained that on November 24; an instructor entered their facility and later confirmed that he had Covid-19. All of the people in the building had been given a PCR test as a precaution. Kino’s test resulted in a positive result on November 25.

He’s being well after and is adhering to the health recommendations. Jinho, Hongseok, Shinwon, Yeo One, Yanan, Yuto, and Wooseok; on the other side, had all tested negative. However, quarantine regulations have put a stop to their activities for the time being. Concerned fans wrote to Pentagon and Kino to express their support.

One Universe tweeted, “Hopefully they postpone the VC event on Saturday to give time for Kino to recover and also precaution for the other members..” Another fan shared, “Ahhh. PENTAGON Kino tested positive for covid19. Get well soon, baby!” One fan commented, “Honestly I don’t care about cb anymore I just want kino to recover.” Fans also sent messages like, “Kino get well soon please, we are here waiting for you,” and “Get well soon Kino, Universe are waiting for you.”
