
Actress Poonam Pandey arrested by the police for breaking the lockdown rules
While everyone has been asked to stay indoors, apparently actress Poonam Pandey was roaming around the city without no particular reaon!
Model and actress Poonam Pandey has always been amongst the controversies for some or the other reason. This time too she has landed in a soup as she police caught her breaking the rules of the lockdown.
While everyone is staying indoors due to the outbreak of the coronavirus, the actress was reportedly roaming around the city with no valid reason. A case has been registered against her along with her companion at the Marine Drive Police Station in Mumbai. According to the reports, police has also seized her BMW car.
Senior Inspector Mrityunjay Hiremath told PTI, “A case has been registered against Pandey and Sam Ahmad Bombay (46) under sections 269 (Negligent act likely to spread infection of a disease dangerous to life) and 188 (Disobedience of order duly promulgated by public servant) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and under provisions of the National Disaster Act.”
It was recently when the actress-model had made headlines. It was when she had filed a complaint against Shilpa Shetty’s husband, Raj Kundra. She had alleged a breach of contract. However, Kundra and his partner had denied all such allegations.
