Actor Aansh Arora lodges a police complaint against an imposter offering a film under Salman Khan Films
Actor Aansh Arora filed a complaint earlier today at Oshiwara Police Station in Mumbai after the imposter tried to deceive the actor in the name of Salman Khan Films (SKF) for a casting call. The complaint about the same was lodged on Friday. On March 1 this year, Shruti who pretended to work in Salman Khan Films got in touch with the actor.
The impersonator informed Aansh that she is the casting head at SKF. She then offered Aansh a negative lead role in Salman Khan’s Tiger Zinda Hai 3. The actor received several casting calls, messages and email from the e-mail id “shruti@salmankhanfilm.com”. Aansh was told that a meeting and an audition was scheduled for the same on March 3 at 11 AM with director Prabhudheva.
The actor was asked to not pick any other project as the film would go on floors in a month. However, the impersonator later cancelled the meeting stating that the director was busy. Based on his profile and videos, Shruti informed the actor that he was shortlisted for the negative role. When Aansh asked about the details of the role, he was told that the role was of a wrestler who is the main antagonist in the flick.
Recently, superstar Salman Khan took to Twitter and put rumours to the rest. He posted a picture which read, “This is to clarify that neither I nor Salman Khan Films are casting for any film currently. We have not hired any casting agents for any of our future films. Please do not trust any emails or messages received by you for this purpose. Legal action will be taken if any party is found falsely using SKF or my name in any unauthorized manner.”
