Aamir Khan clears the rumours about giving money to needy in wheat bags
Earlier there were rumours about actor Aamir Khan distributing money to the needy people in wheat bags during the loackdown!
Everyone has been trying their best to help as many people as possible who have been affected by the lockdown. The entire film fraternity has helped and donated in some or the other way. While some stars decided to make their donation public, there were a few others who decided not to talk about it. Once such actor is believed to be Aamir Khan, who has not made any official announcement about any kind of donation.
However, there were rumours a few days back that the actor has been distributing Rs 15,000 in wheat flour bags to the needy. The speculations came up when a video surfaced on social media featuring a man talking about the help.
But the actor has now put an end to all such rumours, clearing the air on Twitter. He wrote, “Guys, I am not the person putting money in wheat bags. Its either a fake story completely, or Robin Hood doesn’t want to reveal himself! Stay safe. Love. A.”
On the other hand, Aamir Khan was a part of Facebook’s I For India online concert along with his wife Kiran Roa. With the help of celebs, the initiative is supporting COVID-19 relief funds.
