Arjun Rampal stuck in Karjat with girlfriend Gabriella Demetriades and son Arik amid lockdown
Actor Arjun Rampal got stuck in Karjat with his girlfriend Gabriella Demetriades and son Arik after PM Modi announced the lockdown!
Many people got stuck wherever they were due to the sudden announcement of the lockdown by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi. One such couple is Arjun Rampal and Gabriella Demetriades, who are currently in Karjat, away from their home.
The love birds had gone to Karjat for a small getaway with their son Arik. However, they got stuck there due to the lockdown. Talking to Mid day, Rampal, said, “We decided to stay back for my son’s safety. While he is too young now, this will be a story to tell him when he grows older. Besides, Mumbai is just a few hours away, and hence, easily accessible in case of an emergency.”
While the number of COVID-19 cases are rising rapidly in Mumbai and Pune, fortunately Karjat has not registered any case yet. “Since there are no cases here, we are secure. We have an open space and (are enjoying) being amid nature instead of confined to an apartment,” added Arjun.
Arjun and Gabriella started dating each other after the actor got divorced from his wife Mehr Jesia. The couple had a baby boy last year in July.
On the other hand, Arjun is father to two girls, Myra and Mahikaa who are currently in Mumbai. But the actor is constantly in touch with them through calls.
