Vidya Balan reacts on never being considered for films with A-listers

Bollywood actress Vidya Balan has never worked with A-list actors like Shah Rukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan and Aamir Khan!

Vidya Balan is one of those actresses in the industry who has the ability to drive a film alone. Whichever film she’s in, she becomes the heart and soul of that film. But it is very strange to realize that she has never worked with superstars of the industry.

The actress has never been cast opposite actors like Shah Rukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan and Aamir Khan. She was a part of the film Salaam-e-Ishq, which had Salman Khan. But there too, she wasn’t paired with the superstar.

 However, Vidya seems very fine with this fact. In a recent conversation with Pinkvilla, she said, “At some point, I felt I’m not being considered for mainstream A-lister superstar films. But I was enjoying the content and being the whole and soul of a film so much that I did choose this over that. But look at it, Mission Mangal has happened and it’s not just a romantic lead. It’s a prominent role and this is how I’d like it anyway.”

Vidya Balan had started her acting career with the film Parineeta back in the year 2005. And since then she has delivered many powerful roles including the one of Silk Smitha in The Dirty Picture. Last year, the actress stood out in the multi-starrer film Mission Mangal as well.
