Christian Bale aka Batman Joins Marvel

Christian Bale aka Batman of Hollywood is switching to the dark side. The 46-year-old is in talks with Marvel and has secured the role of Villain in the upcoming Thor: Love and Thunder.

Although Christain has not spoken about the recent development but his soon to be co-star Tessa Thompson spilled the beans in a recent interview. Tessa said, ” I’ve read the script. I can’t tell you much. Lots of exciting text messages exchanged between Natalie and I. “We’re going to have fun. Taika is writing (and) directing. Some familiar faces. Some new people coming into the mix. Christian Bale is going to play our villain, which is going to be fantastic.”

However, Tessa is also asked about her character in the movie. If she is still playing her role as King of Asgard, to which the actress said “Of course she will and if she does not find her Queen then she’ll be both King and Queen.”

Also, Bale understands the superhero franchise pretty well; the actor has played the role of DC superhero Batman. The actor collaborated with Christopher Nolan in the Batman Trilogy playing the role of Bruce Wayne. The Trilogy racked in more than $1 billion for the Warner Bros.

Furthermore, this time the actor will be playing the role of a villain. Speculations about Christian’s character in the movie is an on-going debate among Marvel fans. It was first reported he will be playing the role of Beta Ray Bill. Soon, another character Cul, God of fear who is the brother of Odin as another option.

The film features Chris Hemsworth, Christian Bale, Tessa Thompson, and Natalie Portman.

Although It is hard to know with Marvel Studio and Christian tight-lipped about the development. The movie is coming out in November next year.
