Ranveer Singh’s much-awaited movie 83 ‘s trailer is going to be out soon. According to people close to the production house, the promotion of the movie will be held extravagantly.
The trailer launch remains a huge affair and is taking place at MMDMA grounds in Mumbai. Directed by Kabir Khan, this iconic movie revolves around India’s Triumph in 1983 Cricket World Cup and the life of World Cup winning Captain Kapil Dev.
The launch of the trailer is scheduled to be on 11th March 2020. The event will include star cast of the movie alongside the legend Kapil Dev and director Kabir Khan. However, the movie is scheduled to be released on 10th April 2020.
As reported by multiple news outlets, the makers of 83 are working together with filmmakers of Angrezi Medium to launch the trailer before the screening of the Irrfan Khan starer movie which is releasing on 13th March.
Besides, Ranveer will be stepping into the role of Legend Kapil Dev and his wife Romi Dev will be played by Deepika Padukone.
Deepika is playing a cameo role but is excited about sharing the screen with her husband yet again.
The couple previously worked together with each other on three separate occasions. With Ram Leela (2013), Bajirao Mastani (2015) and Padmaavat (2018).
Alongside 83, Ranveer Singh is busy promoting his another big upcoming project “Sooryavanshi.” The movie is a star-studded affair with Akshay Kumar in lead. The film is also coming out this month on 24th March.
