Disha Patani Signs Ek Villain 2
Disha Patani is re-kindling with co-actor Aditya Roy Kapur for Ek Villain 2. The pair recently had their movie Malang hit the theaters.
The movie is doing decent business on the box-office and so far garnered over Rs 60 Crore. Aditya and Disha both were applauded for their performances, despite the movie having a mediocre story-line.
EK VILLAIN FRANCHISE MOVES AHEAD WITH ADITYA AND DISHA
Impressed by the two, director Mohit Suri is considering moving forward with his Ek Villain franchise ahead by re-casting the duo. Besides, the star-pair, reports of John Abraham joining the team is doing the rounds too.
The first edition, of the movie released back in 2014 featured Sidharth Malhotra, Shraddha Kapoor, and Riteish Deshmukh. The film was a box-office success and made over Rs 170 Crore Worldwide.
This 2014 serial-killer tragic drama consists of two storylines working simultaneously. One in which Guru the character played by Sidharth Malhotra and Aisha is one of the characters featuring Shraddha Kapoor. The couple is living a happy life until one day Aisha was found murdered.
On the other hand, Rakesh Mandalkar an unsuccessful man tired of his wife’s tantrums decided to murder her. Rakesh’s rage for women gets deeper, as he starts murdering more victims and ends up taking Aisha’s life which sets Guru on the path of revenge.
However, in the second edition of the multi-starrer movie the director is preparing to surprise the audience with more action.
Mohit and his team are looking to include another twist by adding a second female lead actress opposite Disha. The team is working-hard to get the film out by early 2021.

Disha is currently busy working for her next project alongside Salman Khan. The movie is on its last leg of shooting as its scheduled to release in May this year.
