Taapsee Pannu Makes A Shocking Revelation For Not Winning Any Award For Pink

Taapsee Pannu is ready to be seen in theatres soon. With director Anubhav Sinha‘s film Thappad, Taapsee has prepared to leave another impression of her acting on the big screen. Taapsee is one of the best actresses of Bollywood and her work is appreciated in her every film. But recently in one of her interviews, Taapsee said that the jury was not always so good towards her.

Taapsee said when today she only want the love from the audience there was a time when she too was sad because of not getting the award. She said that she did not mind much by not getting the awards. But her heart was broken only once when she did not get any award for the film Pink in 2016.

Taapsee Pannu was not nominated for any award for Pink directed by Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury. Also, in the awards in which she received the nomination, she did not win. While all the people she met were praising the film and performance of Taapsee. She also told how Shoojit Sircar had asked her to get her clothes ready and be ready to win all the awards.

Taapsee further said that as a new girl in the industry, she did not have much hope of getting the awards. But when she did not get any award, she was really sad. Taapsee also told that now when she gets the award, she thanks the jury. But now she does not feel hurt by if she is not getting one.

Talking about Taapsee’s projects, the film Thappad is ready for release on 28 February. Apart from this, Taapsee is also working in two biopic films – Shabash Mithu and Rashmi Rocket. Her films Haseen Dillruba, Womaniya and Tadka are also going to be release in 2020. Recently, Taapsee also announces a film called Loop Wapeta, which is a Hindi remake of the German classic film Run Lola Run.
