Khloe Kardashian and Kris Jenner Spend a Total of $37 Million on Two Mansions Side-by-Side
Khloe Kardashian and her mother, Kris Jenner, paid a lot of money for their side-by-side homes.
Following rumours that the two Keeping Up With the Kardashians stars bought adjacent mansions in the gated community of Hidden Hills in Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley, E! News has learned that the two homes cost a total of $37 million.
Both properties sold on Dec. 11, 2020, according to online reports, with Kris’ selling for $20 million and Khloe’s selling for $17 million. The two houses, according to Dirt.com, are currently under construction and measure more than 26,000 square feet.

Khloe sold her Calabasas, California, home in November for $15.5 million, which was less than the $18.95 million asking price. Khloe purchased the 10,000-square-foot home from Justin Bieber for $7.2 million in 2014 before making major renovations. It has eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms, as well as a view of Malibu Canyon.
“Khloe is selling her house and moving into a bigger home,” a source close to the reality star told E! News at the time. “It’s a good opportunity for her to make a lot of money.” She spent a significant amount of time renovating the home, which is now beautiful and ready to sell. It makes sense for her to advance and move up right now.
In 2017, the Good American designer opened up about her home to Architectural Digest, including the enormous custom closet.
Khloe explained at the time, “I was very hands-on in the design process.” “I’m a little controlling because I’m obsessed with data, but it’s just because I’m genuinely curious.”
