Britney Spears Appreciates Miley Cyrus & More “Cool Ladies” Who Helped During “Really Hard” Quarantine
For all the people who have been listening to Miley Cyrus’ new album, Plastic Hearts, or re-watching Sarah Jessica Parker’s superhit show, Sex and the City during quarantine, you are not alone.
Britney Spears has revealed that Miley and Sarah have been there for her too. She opened up about her trying times during the coronavirus pandemic and that they are among the celebrities that have supported her amidst COVID-19. The singer gave a special shout-out on Instagram to the women “that have truly inspired my life”.
She posted pictures that included Miley, Sarah, Sharon Stone, Natalie Portman, Noah Cyrus, and fitness coach, Tawny Janae. The pop star also gave a shout-out to her sister Jamie Lynn Spears. She explained that staying away from family and her boyfriend while quarantining was really hard for her.
Britney added, “Being away from family and my boyfriend while quarantining was really hard for me but the good thing about social media is we can connect in a different way that helps us feel not alone in this crazy world.” She further added that these “cool ladies” always added a spark to her day.
Sarah responded to the sweet shout-out and wrote, “Thank you dear @britneyspears.” She has been vocal about the #FreeBritney hashtag since February. The actress added that she thinks Britney knows how she feels about her. She wrote, “I think you know how I feel about you. For a long time. Sending all my best and touched that you included me to be a companion. X, SJ.”

Britney’s Fans Try To Decipher If She Has Control Over Her Social Media
Meanwhile, Miley also posted a picture of herself in 2019 wearing the ‘Shake It’ shorts. The singer has been a long-time Britney fan as she captioned the picture writing that she has learned everything she knows from Britney.
After the release of the eye-opening documentary by the New York Times, Framing Britney Spears, the mistreatment by the media in the 2000s was highlighted. Miley had name-dropped the singer last month during her Super Bowl weekend performance. The former Disney star had said, “Hey, we love Britney” as she was singing Party in the U.S.A.
Britney’s fans have been worried about how controlled Britney has been over her life. Especially after the documentary, many others have realized how hard it must have been for her. Her Instagram posts thanking the celebrities have brought some relief to fans as the post can be seen as proof that Britney has direct access to her own social media accounts.
However, fans are still concerned about her well-being after the post. As one wrote, “Where are Madonna and Janet Jackson?” Another said, “YES MAAM but what do you mean you’ve been apart from your boyfriend and family????” Britney was spotted with her beau, Sam Asghari, and her son, Jayden Federline last week.
Britney had shared a picture of her two sons at the beginning of this month as she explained how hard it is for any mother to see her boys grow up so fast. Some fans noticed that the pop star follows 116 people on Instagram. Out of seven of the women that she gave a shout-out to, she only follows Miley and Jamie Lynn.
The singer gave fans more to worry about when she shared multiple posts about the color red. Fans tried to debunk as they were searching for clues that hinted at her well-being or an upcoming project. She captioned photos of red lips and a red refrigerator with one simple message: “RED.”
