India has started a positive day after the decline of England’s first innings score of 112 runs in Ahmedabad. Despite losing three wickets India gained a momentum.

After the stumps of Day 1 of the 3rd Test match, at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Rohit Sharma is currently unbeaten with Ajinkya Rahane.

Talking about two quick falls of the Indian batting lineup, Jofra Archer dismissed Gill for 11 and on the other hand, Jack Leach removed Cheteshwar Pujara for a duck. Just before the day stumps, Virat Kohli was being bowled by Jack Leach on 27.

Spinner Axar Patel claimed a career-best 6-38 as India bundled out England for 112 on an opening day to put themselves in the box seat in the day-night third Test in Ahmedabad on Wednesday.
