PHOTO: Saif Ali Khan finishes filming for ‘Adipurush’

Since his casting in the Om Raut directed ‘Adipurush,’ Saif Ali Khan has been the buzz of the town. Prabhas and Kriti Sanon play lead roles in the film. His supporters have been anxiously awaiting the return of the Nawab of Pataudi to the big screen.

There is, however, some good news for Saif’s followers. The actor has completed the filming of his new film, and photos of him cutting a cake and celebrating the occasion with his crew have been making the rounds on social media.

Wraping of ‘Adipurush’

Nachiket Barve, a costume designer, took to her official Twitter account to share a photo of Saif Ali Khan completing off the project. “Thank you dear Saif for being such a fantastic collaborator!” she wrote. It’s been incredible!!!” While Prabhas will play Lord Ram and Kriti Sanon will play Sita in the film ‘Adipurush,’ Saif will play Lankesh, the main adversary. “I am quite excited about the film,” the actor told The Indian Express recently. It will, I believe, go down in cinematic history. It was also tough to shoot the scene because the role required a unique costume.

‘Adipurush’ will be Saif’s second collaboration with Om, following Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, and he has nothing but praise for the director. Saif is now working on the horror-comedy Bhoot Police with Arjun Kapoor, Yami Gautam, and Jacqueline Fernandez, as well as Bunty Aur Babli 2 starring Rani Mukerji, Siddhant Chaturvedi, and Sharvari.

Saif’s upcoming projects

After 20 years, Saif Ali Khan will reunite with Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani’s production firm for his next film, “Fire.” Previously, the actor worked under the banner of ‘Dil Chahta Hai.’

In an interview with Pinkvilla, the actor revealed that he will play a firefighter in his upcoming film.
