Logan Paul’s Bold DM To Queen’s Gambit Star Anya Taylor-Joy Revealed

The elder Paul brother did not shy away from approaching the famed actress of Netflix’s Queen‘s Gambit in direct messages after finding the show ‘fantastic’.

Logan Paul, in a recent episode of his podcast revealed that he had a big crush on Taylor-Joy and couldn’t resist himself from sliding into her DMs.

The Argentinian actress has recently worked in the upcoming Super Mario movie as a voice over artist. She will be voicing Princess Peach in the movie, officially announced by Nintendo.

She played the highly loved role of Beth Harmon in the critically acclaimed Netflix series ‘The Queen’s Gambit’. It was since then that the YouTuber-turned Boxer Logan Paul had been captivated by Taylor Joy.

He revealed his bold DM to Anya Taylor in front of Game of Thrones’ Hafthor ‘The Mountain’ Bjornsson.

What Did Logan Paul DM Anya?

“Like a basic a** little b***h, I went right to her Instagram and shot her a DM,” he told a hulking Bjornsson who was sitting right next to him during the IMPAULSIVE podcast.

Bjornsson replied “Awesome. Good for you.”

Paul continued “She hasn’t read it. Do you wanna know what I said? It was right when Queen’s Gambit came out, and I said, ‘Okay, but are you good at checkers?’And she never responded.”

But hey, Once a Maverick always a Maverick. Do you really think that Logan Paul would have let it go so easy and not give another attempt in getting his crush’s attention? Absolutely Not!

Five Months Later

Logan Paul further reveals in the podcast that he sent another DM to Anya after five months. What did he say this time though?

“And then like, five months later, I sent her another — I’m in too deep, bro…. I sent her another one, and I said, ‘Hey, just following up on the above.’ Just following up on the above, with a little carrot.”
