Crush and Red Velvet Joy are rumoured to be dating
The rumours are true: Red Velvet‘s Joy is dating well-known R&B soloist Crush (real name Shin Hyo Seob).
According to a rumour released earlier, the two celebrities have supposedly started developing love feelings for each other after collaborating on a single in May 2020. Joy and Crush collaborated on a single on May 20, 2020. Crush’s song “Mayday,” which was the main single from his album “Homemade 1,” featured Joy. “Mayday” topped the charts in numerous South Korean music publications at the time of its release.
“The two people who worked together on music (Joy and Crush) lately developed nice sentiments and became lovers,” the outlet claimed. It was also reported that the girl group member and the vocalist of “Beautiful Life” became friends over their shared love of animals, particularly dogs. It also revealed that the two “love going on basic dates like walking their dogs together.”
“We are now checking to see whether the allegations of them dating are true,” Crush’s label P-NATION said in response to the circulating story. Meanwhile, SM Entertainment, the agency for the “Psycho” hitmaker, issued a similar statement in response to the persistent rumours.
Both of their agencies verified that Joy (actual name Park Soo Young) and Crush are in a relationship not long after they published their declarations. “They had a senior-junior relationship, but they just began dating with warm feelings toward each other,” P-Nation and SM Entertainment said.
