The T20 World schedule, which begins on October 17, is released on Tuesday at 10:30 IST. Let us inform you that the World Cup dates have been set, but the complete schedule has been released today. The World Cup was supposed to be hosted in India, but the BCCI moved it to the UAE owing to the Corona epidemic.
The ICC has already chosen which teams will be placed in which groups. India and Pakistan have been grouped together. When the schedule is posted, fans will be able to see when these two teams will face off. The tournament will begin on October 17 and end on October 14.
Schedule is released today
From October 17 to November 14, the T20 World Cup will be place in Oman and the United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah). The eight-nation qualification tournament starts on September 23. It also features Sri Lankan, Bangladeshi, and Irish teams.
Four teams will advance to the Super-12 level from this group. This event was originally planned to take place in India, but the ICC moved it to the UAE owing to the situation with Corona. However, India will continue to host the competition.
India and Pakistan is In the same group
In Group 2, India and Pakistan have teams. This group also includes teams from New Zealand and Afghanistan. England, Australia, South Africa, and the West Indies have all been placed in Super-12 Group 1 at the same time. Each group will consist of six teams. The results of the World Cup qualification rounds will determine the other teams in the group.
