Shibani Dandekar shares thoughts on Farhan Akhtar and lockdown

Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar have been dating for about three years. While the pair had been doing well in their relationship, the COVID 19 lockdown presented them with a number of challenges. Shibani has now spoken up on the most important relationship lesson she learned during the lockdown, revealing that it all comes down to creating a balance and respecting each other’s boundaries.

The actress stressed the need of striking a balance between the activities that a couple engages in together. “And then when you need your space, do things on your own. That’s so important. The biggest learning in this process was just the idea of balance and just respecting each other’s routine and what both people need,” Shibani shared her thoughts during an interview. She also said that every relationship has its challenges, but that all a pair needs to do is figure out what works for them.

Shibani emphasized, saying, “In the lockdown, they’re amplified. And just to figure out what your way of functioning is really important. It takes some time because it’s not something we’re used to or prepared for. So, life is happening, you’re also figuring out a system that works for you”.

Wedding Rumors

While there have been rumors about Farhan and Shibani getting married, Shibani has already declared that it is not on the cards right now. “To be honest, the subject hasn’t come up yet, but I’ve informed folks that I’ll figure it out and inform you. There’s nothing to it right now,” she was reported as adding.

Shibani Dandekar was asked about deciding to take her relationship with Farhan towards the next level earlier this month. While she understands there is a lot of interest in their love life, she doesn’t have an answer to this question yet. She said in an interview: “Everyone is asking me the same question.  I don’t believe the subject has been brought up yet. I’ll figure it out and then inform everyone.”

Shibani, a well-known personality in the Indian television industry, rose to fame after taking over as host of the Indian Premier League. Shibani most recently appeared in Season 2 of Amazon Prime’s online series Four More Shots Please! Bhavesh Joshi, Shaandaar, Roy, and Naam Shabana are among her credits.

Farhan Akhtar’s most recent film was Toofaan, a sports drama that came out last month. He recently launched Jee Le Zaraa, a road trip film.
