Winnie The Pooh Director Reveals Horror Version Ideas For Thor & Peter Pan

People are not yet over the horror side of Winnie the Pooh in his upcoming film. But the director of the film has already teased his plans for other beloved childhood characters’ horror versions.

Two days back when the trailer of Winnie the pooh: Blood and Honey were released, people were horrified to see the little chubby pooh in such a nightmarish way. Some people even said they won’t watch the movie, as they aren’t ready to see their childhood favorite from another perspective.

The copyright of original author A.Milne has expired already, that’s why the character has gotten into the public domain. There are much mixed reactions to the new film. The film is helmed and written by Rhys Frake Waterfield.

Thor & Peter Pan Horror Version?

In an interview with TMZ, the director Rhys opened up about his plans to make some more horror movies on public domain characters. He reveals that they have some ideas and have been working on them since last year.

Further, he adds, ” Like you know like Humpty Dumpty and things like that and there were other ideas we had in mind.” He also mentioned an example of Marvel’s Thor, the Norse God as it’s a public domain character and not really the property of Marvel. He says, ” We could do kind of our own interpretation of that if we wanted. “

Rhys adds that it doesn’t have to be the same as Winnie the Pooh as there are many other plans for other characters as well. He also teased having a Peter Pan idea.

The producer Scott Jeffrey explained Peter Pan’s idea. He says, ” Peter Pan will be very fun because Neverland will be like a circus and it will be kind of a freak show.” They are looking forward to take a tormented look at all these characters.
