“There Are a Few Things That I Wish I Could…”: Mike Tyson Reflects On His Biggest Regrets

Mike Tyson is considered as one of the best boxers of his generation. He went to become the youngest heavyweight champion at just 20 years old.

Moreover, even after his retirement, he has still managed to stay around the public eye by appearing in talk shows and interviews, also starting his own podcast, HotBoxin’ With Mike Tyson.

However, even the legend did not have a life without some regrets, as Tyson came out in an interview to reflect on some of the decisions he made in the past.

‘The Baddest Man on the planet’ recently did an interview with online media outlet The Talks where he was asked about his biggest regrets and the champ had this to say.

Well, there are not many regrets that I have, but there are a few things that I wish I could have changed in my life. Not many, but if I could sneak those few out, I would do it.”

It seems like Tyson has had some moments in his past that he wished he could’ve changed and shows that even ‘Iron Mike’ did not have a perfect life.

Mike Tyson has had his fair share of controversies. He was involved in one of the most infamous moments in boxing when he bit Evander Holyfield’s ear off, after which Tyson was disqualified from the fight and suspended.

Furthermore, he spent all of his career earnings, which are reported to be at least $400 million after he filed for bankruptcy in 2003.

More recently, he was involved in an altercation with a passenger on a JetBlue flight, when a video came out in which Tyson is seen repeatedly punching a man who was apparently trying to mock him.
