The Nike Air Force 1 React Adds “Volt” And “Blue” Underneath

The Nike Air Force 1 model has undergone various experimental alterations over the previous 40 years.

In the last year, Bruce Kilgore's famous design has included Nike React foam to provide a unique cushioning option to both casual and intelligent consumers.

Although the newest Air Force 1 React has a tried-and-true blend of materials and layout, the sole unit and back half of the upper diverge from Kilgore's original plan.

The top-half of the shoe is made up of semi-transparent nylon, displaying a colourful combination of green and blue tones to complement the off-white and black tones that make up much of the forefoot and supporting accents throughout the profile and tongue.

Pull tabs at the heel add non-traditional utility to the classic design, but the encased React cushioning system seen underfoot is the most apparent change from the 40-year-old style.

Enjoy official photographs of the pair below, and keep an eye out for a Nike.com launch shortly.
