Two players who contributed heavily to the Lakers' history were Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O'Neal forming the best one-two punch in NBA history.

While Kobe spent his entire career with the Lakers and retired with the team, Shaq gave eight years of his career to the iconic NBA franchise.

As a result, they helped the Lakers in winning three consecutive NBA titles. If it weren't for their differences at the time, many believe the duo could have won a few more titles.

Anyway, in the time that they were together, they established themselves as one of the greatest duos in not only the Lakers' history but that of the league.

So it is obvious that fans like to throw their names in hypothetical comparisons all the time.

But recently, it wasn't a fan who did it; it was the Diesel himself. He explained how he would defeat Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors with a simple trick.

"We would've let Stephen Curry drive to the basket and I would've laid his a** out a couple of time. Period."

Shaq is talking about the phenomenal team of the Warriors that featured Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green.

KD didn't, and he provided a solution in the comments section to how the Warriors could have stopped Shaq. "Bring Shaq up in that pick and roll and test them hips. Pause."

NBA fans certainly enjoyed the exchange between O'Neal and Durant. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to find out the actual result of this matchup.
