Park Min Young & Song Kang Are In A Cramped Elevator In Poster For Upcoming Drama
A new poster has been published for JTBC’s forthcoming weekend drama “Weather Forecast People: Cruel Story of Office Romance” (literal title).
“Weather Forecast People: Cruel Story of Office Romance” is a new drama about the passionate yet unpredictable work and love lives of those who work at Korea Meteorological Administration, the country’s national weather forecast agency.
Park Min Young plays general forecaster Jin Ha Kyung, a smart and well-organized woman who follows the rules and is meticulous in keeping her personal and professional lives separate. Song Kang portrays Lee Si Woo, a free-spirited reporter who is always thinking outside the box. Despite his remarkable IQ of 150, he is just concerned with the weather.
Employees of the Korea Meteorological Administration are seen in an elevator in a recently issued poster. Viewers can deduce that there is an ex-couple among these coworkers based on the phrase “The end of an office romance isn’t just a breakup.”
Jin Ha Kyung and Han Ki Joon (Yoon Park), a spokesperson’s office informant, were on the verge of marrying. They are now ex-lovers who can collide in small situations in front of their coworkers.
Lee Si Woo stares sweetly at Jin Ha Kyung on the ad, and she is flustered by the unexpected romance that is unfolding in front of her. Han Ki Joon looks at her, as though he’s interested in what’s going on with her.
Their coworkers appear embarrassed and uneasy, causing viewers to giggle and empathise with the predicament. Shin Seok Ho (Moon Tae Yoo) is a neighbourhood forecaster, and Oh Myung Joo (Yoon Sa Bong) is an analytical action officer.
Uhm Dong Han (Lee Sung Wook) is a senior forecaster who works with Jin Ha Kyung. Chae Yoo Jin (Girl’s Day’s Yura) is a weather reporter who spends more time at the Meteorological Administration than at her own workplace.
