LeBron James’ Love Letter to Savannah James Melts Fans’ Hearts on Instagram

One of the most admired basketball players in NBA history is LeBron James. The celebrity has been in the spotlight since he was a high school basketball prodigy, and throughout it all, he has remained in one of the most committed unions in the entertainment industry.

Savannah James and James have been together since high school and still show their love for one another every day. The basketball player recently sent a love letter to Savannah on Instagram, which won over the hearts of followers.

The romance between LeBron James and Savannah James seems like it came straight out of a romantic comedy or book. The power couple met when she was 16 and he was 17, both students at competing high schools. Savannah attended Buchtel while James attended St. Vincent-St. Mary.

They first met at a football game, and he tried to wow Savannah with his basketball prowess, but she wasn't interested, so Savannah held back when he asked for her number through one of their friends.

But out of boredom, she made the decision to give James a call to check whether his interest was still there. The two ended up going to an Outback Steakhouse after hanging out at one of his games and discovering that he was genuinely interested in her, beginning a relationship that would last a lifetime.

Before James proposed to Savannah on New Year's Eve of that year, the two had been dating for several years. James claimed in an interview that he had given the idea some thought and that one day it all made sense. He presented Savannah with a diamond ring that had a pear-shaped stone as his proposal. When she said yes to his marriage proposal, they were wed in a lavish ceremony in 2013.

Savannah James has frequently appeared on her husband's Instagram page, so it's not shocking that he would send her love letters. Fans, however, were envious of him after reading about how much he loved his longstanding girlfriend in a recent article.

The pro player posted a series of photos on Instagram with him and his wife in their element with a lengthy caption. The note read in part, “A quick letter to my Queen. Simply letting you know I appreciate you more than this world has to offer.”

The post garnered several comments and likes, with several of the mogul’s fans appreciating the gesture toward his wife. Some of the comments read, “LeHeartfeltMessage,” “#kingoffthecourttoo,” and “High school sweethearts turned into a powerhouse.”
