Jake Paul Accepts Dana White’s Steroid Test Challenge, But There’s A Catch

Jake Paul agreed to take a steroid test after UFC President Dana White accused him of being a “cheater,” but only provided he treats his “favourite” fighters the same way.
Paul and White’s enmity is still going strong in 2022. On January 1, Paul issued a fiery challenge to UFC President Dana White. He requested that he double his fighters’ salaries and provide them with long-term healthcare.
In exchange, he suggested he would resign from boxing and enter the octagon to fight Jorge Masvidal, something he felt White would be interested in. White, on the other hand, retaliated with a challenge of his own. “I believe that you use steroids,” he said. “So, I want to randomly steroid test you for the next two years.”
Paul agreed to take on the challenge on one condition. “Steroid test me whenever the f**k you want,” said Paul. “I don’t do steroids. I take it as a compliment. Because there’s no other excuse to me knocking out all of your champions other than ‘this kid does steroids.’”
There is, however, one minor snag. He’ll accept the challenge only if White treats his fighters the same way he does. “If you steroid test me, then I want to steroid test every one of your fighters.”
The UFC has a comprehensive anti-doping policy in place, which includes testing on a regular basis. However, Paul hinted that some boxers are getting away with it, and he intends to challenge them. “You won’t want to do it, though, will you?”
Jake also slammed White for skirting past his previous comments as he said that he does not address anything. He continued that he had said he would fight MMA and would retire boxing. However, the influencer claims that White avoided that and it shows he is backed into a corner.
