Boxers are one of the most popular people in the world. They are bombarded by fans for autographs and photographs all the time.

The five-division champion Floyd Mayweather is no different. Mayweather is usually happy to engage with his fans, but not always.

In a bizarre incident, Mayweather had once allegedly refused to click a selfie with a teen fan for a strange reason.

Soon after Floyd Mayweather’s exhibition fight that broke the internet against the YouTube sensation, Logan Paul,

the former world champion, attended an NBA game between Ja Morant’s Grizzlies vs Kawhi Leonard’s Clippers on October 24, 2021.

A teenage fan approached the American boxer courtside at the Staples Center to click a selfie with him.

However, things didn’t go as the fan would have hoped for, as Mayweather refused to click a selfie because the young boy had painted nails.

In the video, Mayweather said that he doesn’t take pictures with people who have nail paints on.

He said, “You got painted nails, I don’t take pictures with guys with no painted nails.”

What do you think about Floyd Mayweather’s reason for refusing a selfie with a male fan, just because he had painted nails?
