Distressed Orange Suede Adds Character To The Nike Blazer Mid ’77

By: Christy R Mathew

Although the Nike Blazer Mid '77 hasn't lived up to the "buzz" it received with the aid of Off-White in 2017, the style still has a sizable fan base.

The original Nike Basketball offer has just appeared in yet another mostly-two-tone notion that is equal parts steeped in legacy and current flare.

Tumbled and smooth leather make up the majority of the sneaker's foundation layer, with hairy suede at the toe and lateral forefoot varying not only in substance but also in colour.

The Nike Blazer's profile swooshes and top heel panels are a rusty orange, reminiscent of the sun-dyed footwear that has swamped social media feeds over the previous two and a half years.

Underfoot, the homage to the 1970s is completed with a crisp off-white midsole and brownish outsole combo.

Enjoy official photographs of the pair below, and look for a Nike SNKRS release shortly.
