Bitstamp Confirms Listing of Shiba Inu by 2022

Sneh Dokania December 17, 2021

Bitstamp, Europe’s largest Crypto exchange platform, had previously stated on Twitter that they’d list $SHIB by December 2021.

But owing to the exchange  facing certain technical issues in integrating with the meme coin, it  has provided us an update for listing of the Shiba Inu token to now go  live in 2022.

”$SHIB update. No worries, we haven’t changed our minds! As you know, we  needed to postpone our #SHIBAINU listing. We’ve been having some  technical difficulties with the integration. Rest assured it’s  happening, but in 2022! Thanks for understanding,” tweeted Bitstamp.

Despite the initial criticisms for meme coins, Shiba Inu and many other  meme tokens have seen a serious shift in opinions during the second half  of the year, as SHIB grew to become one of the best performing cryptos  of the year.

The adoption of this meme coin into multiple fields has steadily  increased in 2021, with it now listed on all 10 of the biggest  cryptocurrency exchange platforms.

For instance, in November 2021, we witnessed Gemini, Kraken and even the Spanish exchange Bit2Me by December, list Shiba Inu into their trading platforms.
