Reaves scored a career-high 35 points in the Lakers' game against the Orlando Magic, and followed it up with another solid performance against the Phoenix Suns. In that game, he scored 25 points, grabbed four rebounds, and dished out a career-high 11 assists.
Reaves has been playing with a lot of aggression and has been able to get to the foul line frequently. In the game against the Phoenix Suns, he made 13 free-throw attempts and missed only one shot from the charity stripe.
It remains to be seen what the future holds for Reaves, but his recent performances have certainly made a strong case for him to receive more playing time and potentially earn a more significant role on the Lakers team in the future.
