Valkyrae Has Six Weeks Left Before Her YouTube Contract Expires But There’s A Bigger Problem

Well-known female streamer Valkyrae has revealed that she does not have much time left before her exclusive YouTube Gaming contract expires. She switched from Twitch to YouTube in January 2020 in a multi-year deal. And guess what? It’s about time that Valkyrae’s exclusive YouTube Gaming contract come to an end.

Taking to her official Twitter handle. the streamer revealed that her contract expires on January 15th, 2022, which is six weeks away from today! But there’s even a bigger problem than the contract expiration! Have a look at the original tweet of Valkyrae:

The Problem

“MY 2-YEAR YOUTUBE CONTRACT ENDS ON JANUARY 15TH AND I STILL OWE 198 HOURS BEFORE IT’S OVER WHAT DO I STREAM WHO WANTS TO PLAY WHAT TO GRIND ANYTHING IM DESPERATE LOL WOOOOOO,” the 100 Thieves streamer posted.

The streamer still needs to stream roughly 200 hours as stipulated in her contract to fulfill her obligations. Roughly calculated, Valkyrae will need to pull off 5 hour stream each day from today to meet the target.

After Valkyrae sent out the tweet, many fellow streamers and fans rushed to the comments to suggest ideas that would help her in meeting the target of required number of hours left to stream before contract expiry.

Streamer QT Cinderella pitched her idea of a cooking stream . “Easy mam. Lets make the 100 hour chocolate cake and you will be half way done,” she said. Also, Jacksepticeye commented saying “Big Thankmas stream on the 11th!!”

The streamer has been all-praises for the Google-owned platform since she shifted from Twitch. She never criticized YouTube and even recently said that “I am very happy at YouTube.”

However, she did poke fun at fellow streamer Ludwig for getting banned on YouTube just two days after joining the platform.
