Trish Stratus Teases A Secret WWE Project

Trish Stratus is teasing a new WWE project. Stratus has firmly established her spot in WWE history. She was a key figure during the company’s Attitude Era and a former seven-time WWE Women’s Champion. She decided to retire in 2006, but she has returned on several occasions. She competed in the 2018 Women’s Royal Rumble Match, a tag team match at the all-Evolution women’s event, and a SummerSlam match against Charlotte Flair in 2019.

Stratus was recently seen in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on the August 22 episode of Raw. It appears that she will continue to work for the company. Stratus used her Twitter account to tease the start of a secret project with WWE. It’s unclear if this secret project involves another fight, and yet she did hint at anything being filmed by using a movie camera symbol while making reference to the project on Twitter.

WWE fans last saw Stratus in a war of words with Bayley, Dakota Kai, and IYO SKY of Damage CTRL. Stratus was set to announce something when she was interrupted by the faction. The group questioned why Stratus was in the ring hogging their spotlight. Eventually, Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair along with Asuka and Alexa Bliss made their way out to protect Stratus. Stratus had a digital exclusive interview with WWE after her most recent appearance and teased popping up in front of the WWE Universe again down the road. She said that if someone gets under her skin, she might have to address them.

Trish Stratus Favorite SummerSlam Memory

Trish Stratus has been a part of several iconic moments in women’s wrestling history, such as WrestleMania & SummerSlam. The WWE Hall of Famer disclosed that her favourite SummerSlam recollection was from her most recent arrival to the squared circle in 2019, when she faced Charlotte Flair in her hometown of Toronto. Stratus asserted that she still remembers the match fondly and that fans every once in a while bring it up with her.

Stratus stated that she accepted the challenge to prove to herself that she still had it in her. Stratus observed that the time seemed appropriate. She didn’t see anything else going on at the time, so it was pretty special when everything came together. The match was arranged after Flair disrupted Stratus and Jerry Lawler when in a show of Raw’s The King’s Court. Flair made an appeal for SummerSlam, which Stratus accepted.

Stratus had earlier paired up with Val Venis in a losing cause to Eddie Guerrero & Chyna all through Summerslam 2000, but she had previously served as the club captain of the then-Divas in a dodgeball match against Diva Search contestants at SummerSlam 2004. Stratus is a judge on Canada’s Got Talent, which airs on Tuesday nights, but she has her own blog. Stratus is indeed active on her social media accounts.
