Most may remember Betsie Dsane from 2004 as a young model when she set the UK tabloids ablaze with rumors about a backstage concert incident where JayZ was flirting with her and Beyoncé got jealous and pulled a tantrum. Though the model refuses to comment on the incident, a lot has changed since then.
Since then Betsie has been married, divorced, and evolved as a style Guru and Celebrity style consultant whilst juggling motherhood and her high-level entertainment career.
Lately, the model has teamed up with British producer, author, actress, and serial entrepreneur Amanda Van Annan based and British/Eastern European plus-size model, celebrity make-up artist, and body positivity influencer Sophia Brad to Launch a Personal development and spiritual podcast “Beauty and the Beat” that launches on the 25th of May on several podcast channels.
The British/Ghanaian Supermodel featured in Maxims, “Uncovered Vol 1” has since starred on How to Look Good Naked with celebrity stylist Gok Won, modeled for Revlon, Escada, Selfridges and in various Marks and Spencer Television Commercials and Featured in the movie “How to lose friends and alienate people” starring Megan Fox and Thandie Newton.
Betsie, a constantly featured runway star can be seen strutting her stuff in between her various assignments round the world, “life is challenging and busy, we all have to find those things that give us the space to thrive beyond our wildest dreams”
The show features an array of guests and discusses various issues including, body image, spirituality, personal development, and beauty. The ladies discuss life and personal experiences as well as the world of fashion and entertainment and align it to real-world situations and challenges they have overcome. Giving practical tips and solutions to how to grow and discover your true authentic self.
