These Players Are Coming To Crush The League In The Next Season!

There is still a lot of time for the next season to start. This off-season will prove to be crucial for the upcoming season with the moves being made by some of the teams. Also retaining their players is of utmost importance as well. However, one other thing being forgotten are the players who would be returning from their injury to unleash themselves in the scene as well. These are some of the players who would be bringing their best in the next season.

Jamal Murray

Jamal Murray is due to return in the next season from his ACL injury he had suffered in the season prior. He will be coming back rested completely and bringing the hammer with him. Of course the main issue at hand would be his injury because an ACL tear is nothing to joke about. It is extremely difficult to recover completely from an ACL so some loss in his explosive speed might be missing. However, we cannot forget that this is the same person averaging 21.2 points in the regular season and 26.5 points in the playoffs.

Kawhi Leonard

Kawhi Leonard was one of the most clutch players in the league. His two-way dominance cannot be ignored. He did suffer an ACL injury during the 2021 playoffs which caused him to sit the entire 2021-22 season. Of course he will lose some athleticism as well, however, we cannot forget that Kawhi is a 2-time Champion and a 2-times Finals MVP. Before his injury he was averaging 30.4 points, 7.7 rebounds, 4.4 assists and 2.1 steals per game in the Playoffs. It would not be a surprise to see the Clippers be in the top of the table in the next season.

Zion Williamson

Zion Williamson is definitely returning from the start of the season. He was suffering a foot injury in the start of the season prior but due to his weight problems, the Pelicans decided to make him sit for the entire season. However, before his injury, he was an All-Star and averaged 27 points, 7.2 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game. With Zion’s explosive return it would not be surprising to see him in MVP discussions. Also with the Pelicans being a title contender with their roster, Zion’s presence will make them reach the next level.

Ben Simmons

Finally we have Ben Simmons of the Brooklyn Nets. For the majority of last season, Simons did not play because of the hate he got for the Eastern Conference playoffs match in the 2020-21 season. He got sent to the Brooklyn Nets where he did not play a single game because of his back problems. In the upcoming season we are going to see Ben Simmons again but it is not sure how much are we going to actually see of him. His chances of becoming an All-Star are highly improbable unless he pulls out the best performance of his career so far.

The next season, with the return of these four players, it is surely going to be interesting. We have missed more than one season of their action and getting to see them in the upcoming season will surely be nostalgic. Let’s see if our expectations are met by the coming of these superstars and how they are going to change the league.
