About ‘WILL’

Will will explore his personal trajectory in WILL, according to People magazine, from his childhood in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to his iconic roles in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and an array of hit films like Ali (2001) and Hitch (2005).

According to the press release announcing the book agreement in October 2018, the book is a “inspirational account of how [Will Smith’s] true self-knowledge served to propel him to amazing success, and then grow further to a place of deeper harmony – with himself, his loved ones, and the world.”

Will also released the cover for the upcoming album, which was designed by Brandan “BMike” Odums, a New Orleans-based visual artist. A number of portraits of the actor are drawn on top of each other on the cover.

According to a press release, “the goal is to graphically describe a person’s progress from childhood to adulthood, and at important times of their life in between.”
