OTTO 958, a brand formed by Bulgarian designers Kiko Kostadinov and Morán Morán, made headlines lately with the debut of their latest shoe collaboration. The firm, which previously concentrated on apparel, accessories, and other creative projects; has drew inspiration for its current release from vintage soccer boots.
The new shoe has an asymmetric lacing system and is made entirely of leather, with a quilted toebox. The tongue features an expanded flap that conceals the laces and boldly shows OTTO 958’s iconic ‘O’ emblem; which is also visible on the heel. The divided forefoot portion of the midsole is the sneaker’s most distinctive feature.
Although no official release date has been set, sneakerheads are expecting the arrival of all three hues. Kostadinov’s tight relationship with ASICS, a Japanese footwear giant; encouraged this partnership since he has already assisted the brand in connecting with other initiatives such as AFFXWRKS.
OTTO 958’s attention to detail and unique design has piqued the interest of sneakerheads all around the world, and the brand’s latest partnership is likely to be in great demand. Keep an eye out for the release date, as these sneakers will most likely sell out immediately.
