Taehyung of BTS Becomes The First Korean Artist To Have Two OSTs Surpass 200M On Spotify

Even though Kim Taehyung, aka V of BTS, has not made his official debut as a soloist yet, the vocalist has released three OSTs under his spotify profile – It’s Definitely You With JIN, Sweet Night, and Christmas Tree.

All three of these songs have over 100M streams, and now two of them have over 200 Million streams each. Christmas Tree recently became Taehyung’s second song to reach 200 Million streams on Spotify. Sweet Night was Taehyung’s first song to reach this milestone. After this new achievement, Taehyung has become the only Korean soloist in the industry to reach this milestone with two of his solo songs.


Kim Taehyung, commonly known as V, is a member of the world’s biggest boy band, BTS (Bangtan Soneyondan). He is the group’s second youngest member, behind Jeon Jungkook.
