It was rumoured that Sushant Singh Rajput was planning to get married soon and now his father has confirmed the same!
Sushant Singh Rajput’s sudden death had left everyone shocked. The actor was suffering from depression. But he had plans of getting married soon. Earlier, there were rumours about him planning to marry the actress Rhea Chakraborty. Now his father has confirmed the marriage plans.
The later actor’s father KK Singh told Tadka Bollywood, “Pehle toh sab bolta tha. Par last me kya hua, usne bataya nahi. (He used to tell us everything earlier, but he didn’t tell us what happened later).”
When asked about Rhea, he said that he did not know of any other girl in Sushant’s life except for Ankita Lokhande. The TV actress used to visit them in Mumbai as well as Patna. The two of them had met on the sets of Pavitra Rishta. And had dated each other for around six years. The father also talked about Kriti Sanon who was all praises for Sushant at his funeral.
He went on to talk about the actor’s marriage plans as he confirmed they were looking forward to the next year. “Iss par baat hui thi, usne bola tha ki corona me toh nahi. Fir uske baad ek film aa rahi hai, wo karlenge, uske baad February-March mein dekhte hai karenge. Yehi last baat hui thi uske sath meri (We had spoken about it earlier. He had told me that he won’t get married amid the pandemic. But after his upcoming film releases, he was planning a wedding around February-March. This was the last time we had talked).”
“We told him he should get married to a girl of his choice as he has to spend his life with her,” added Mr Singh.
