Spider-Man Characters Play Family Feud in Hysterical Fan Edit

Spider-Man Characters Play Family Feud In Hilarious Video

Following the December release of Spider-Man: No Way Home, a new version of “Bully Maguire on Family Feud” has appeared on YouTube. In Sam Raimi’s somewhat campy Spider-Man trilogy, Tobey Maguire played Peter Parker/Spider-Man.

Following the cancellation of Spider-Man 4, Sony relaunched the brand in 2012 with Marc Webb’s The Amazing Spider-Man, starring Andrew Garfield. Of course, following The Amazing Spider-Man 2 in 2014, when Sony and Disney/Marvel Studios struck an agreement to bring Peter Parker/Spider-Man into the MCU via Tom Holland, the brand would be reinvented once more.

Maguire and Garfield reprised their web-slinging roles in the most recent MCU film, Spider-Man: No Way Home. The film’s protagonist seeks the assistance of his friendly neighbourhood sorcerer, Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch), in order to undo Mysterio’s identity reveal at the end of Spider-Man: Far From Home in 2019.

The following spell goes awry, and characters from the MCU’s past are reintroduced. Doc Ock (Alfred Molina), Green Goblin (Willem Dafoe), Electro (Jamie Foxx), Sandman (Thomas Haden Church), and Lizard (Rhys Ifans) are among them, as are two heroes who have heard the phrase “with great power comes great responsibility.” Fortunately, Maguire’s version wasn’t the Venom-enhanced, “bully” Spider-Man 3 version.

The follow-up to the “Bully Maguire on Family Feud” video, which has over six million views, was just posted by Mork on YouTube, the originator of several Tobey Maguire/Bully Maguire edits. Ditkovich is seen by the landlord as “Bully Maguire on Family Feud 2.” As a concerned Mary Jane (Kirsten Dunst) watches, Mr. Ditkovich (Sergei Ditkovich), who featured in Spider-Man 2 and 3, and the eponymous Peter annoy Steve Harvey. Take a look at the following:

“Bully Maguire on Family Feud”

The above parody video is one of many dedicated to Spider-Man 3’s infamous “emo” Peter Parker episode. “Bully Maguire on Family Feud,” like the countless Bully Maguire memes on the internet, takes genuine footage and audio, cuts it with something else, and creates a whole new experience. The Spider-Man trilogy by Sam Raimi is still one of the most beloved and meme-able comic book films, but the addition of Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield in Spider-Man: No Way Home has reignited interest in previous Spider-Man films from Sony.

Spider-Man 4 is currently in development, according to Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige and Sony Executive Amy Pascal. Holland, on the other hand, is not under contract for a third trilogy. Despite his comments about perhaps leaving the role, it’s more probable that Holland’s time as Spider-Man is far from done. Regardless, fans have voiced a strong desire to see Garfield and Maguire’s Spider-Men in films other than Spider-Man: No Way Home.

While speculations persist that Garfield’s Spider-Man appears in Sony’s Marvel Universe, hypotheses predict Maguire will appear in Raimi’s Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Hopefully, if Maguire bothers Cumberbatch, he doesn’t threaten to “put some dirt in [his] eye.”
